Jay-Z shut Twitter down with his Q&A session on Tuesday. During a flurry of tweets with fans that ranged from his favorite cereal to his art collection, Hova gave confirmation that a full version of "Dead Presidents 3", which was originally leaked in 2007, not only exists but can be released by his longtime engineer and friend Young Guru.
