Does Buffalo Have a Racial Gap When It Comes to ‘Employment’ [POLL]

Recent studies have shown, that there is still a major racial gap when it comes to employment in Western New York.

According to WGRZ, caucasians hold about 6.4 percent. While the Hispanic community has a 13.6 percent standing, the African American community reportedly holds 17.3 percent of the jobs.

This is a great topic of discussion, my only concern is, What can we as 'Buffalonians' do to really help bridge this gap?
