Recent data shows that there's inequality in the employment rate around Buffalo, NY. The unemployment rate for Caucasians is 6.4 percent , Hispanics 13.6 percent, and the African Americans community  lead with 17.4 percent of people without jobs.

The study was conducted by The Partnership for Public Good and it was put together by members of the community , religious, and labor organizations.

There will be a meeting held for community members at Mount Olive Church on E. Delevan March 18th to discuss how to bridge this gap.
