Shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, Buffalo Police say these teen girls, who are under the age of 16, got into a fight at Suffolk and Westminster on the city’s east side reports WKBW.

The television source goes on to say: "Shortly after 4 p.m. on Monday, Buffalo Police say these teen girls, who are under the age of 16, got into a fight at Suffolk and Westminster on the city’s east side."

Seconds after the fight started, one of the girls pulls out a knife and stabs the other girl in the neck.

This video was taken to a common councilman Wyatt who represents the district where the altercation took place and his reaction to the incident was very upsetting.
