According to sources, Nicki Minaj is talking about rocking with Britney Spears on tour. The negotiations come after Enrique Iglesias pulled out of the tour hours after its announcement. Nicki’s currently on tour with Lil Wayne while Spears' tour commences June 17 in Sacramento. Spears also showed interest in addingto the tour.
