DMX claims that he did not intentionally miss his court date, rather, he says he thought it was changed so that he could host a party! The warrant was issued after X missed a court hearing on Monday for his child support issues with his ex-wife Tashera Simmons and their 4 kids. According to TMZ X's rep says that they got the date changed so he could be in Las Vegas to host his DMX-Mas party Sunday night. His attorney is now trying to get the warrant dropped, but if that doesn't happen I may be soon Spilling The Tea about a new arrest!
