This is sad news for those around the artist, as he was initially sentenced in 2009 for a 2006 murder and robbery, and this appeal served as confirmation of Max B’s fate.

SPOTTED: Danny Brown, Childish Gambino and Schoolboy Q perform at Prospect Park. Despite the video below being labeled a freestyle, the three rappers actually each performed parts of their respective tracks and meshed it together during a concert in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Childish Gambino’s verse comes from his track “Bronchitis,” Danny Brown’s is from “No Hook” and Schoolboy Q’s contribution is from “Flight Confirmation.”
