Congrats are in order for a Buff State graduate who won on a Food Network show!

Lazarus Lynch, who grated from Buffalo State, competed and won the Food Network's Chopped All-Stars show, according to WGRZ! Lazarus competed against 15 other celebrity chefs and took home the title! The $50,000 he won is going to 4-H, an organization he says means a lot to him because it inspired him to go to college! He told WGRZ, “I got emotional about it because really I felt like we had all won in some way,” Lynch said. “But after competing in six rounds and finally realizing that I’m able to make a contribution to the National 4-H. That was really the best thing.”

Lazarus is no stranger to cooking shows, he launched his own Youtube series, Son of a Southern Chef and this spring he will star in a pilot for the Food Network called Comfort Nation!
