A Buffalo man casts a Voodoo spell on police officers

Black magic matters! A Buffalo man, who was charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, said he was going to cast "a voodoo spell" on all officers involved, according to WGRZ.
Anthony Saysay was charged by City of Tonawanda police officer him with second-offense DWI, a felony, no interlock device (a device which prevents a vehicle from starting if a driver has been drinking), third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving without a driver's license and driving left of pavement markings. Officers claim that Saysay threatened them with a voodoo spell during booking.
I just want to know if I can borrow that spell for my ex hahahaha!
