9-Year-Old Chokes and Hits Infants at Day Care [#THE BIG DUMMY FILES]

Earlier this month, a surveillance camera caught a 9-year-old's reign of terror over a room of infants at the Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg, MS. In the shocking video, the boy can be seen punching one girl multiple times and choking, kicking and violently shaking others. This went on for 15-20 minutes. The boy's aunt tells a local TV station: "He bad. He fight but he don't fight little babies. He do also have a problem. He take medicine every day and he just a normal child." I'm not sure who is the big dummy here, the kids family, the day care provider, or the father who went to the daycare and hit the wrong kid? This is a HOT MESS !
