14 Year Old Killed By Police — But Why Was He In The Streets At 3 A.M.? [VIDEO]

On Sunday morning around 3 a.m., 14-year-old Shaaliver Douse (what is doing out on the streets at that time in the morning anyway?? Aand where are the parents??) was shot to death by police.

According to authorities, two rookie officers were on street patrol in the area when they heard gun shots and proceeded in the direction the shots were fired to find Douse chasing another individual with a gun.

He was told to drop his weapon but refused to do so, and that is when officers fired, hitting him in the jaw and killing him.
