Where To Eat & Drink Before John Mulaney in Buffalo, New York
This weekend, the streets of downtown Buffalo will be flooded with comedy fans heading to the Key Bank Center to see superstar comedian John Mulaney.
Mulaney will be bringing his John Mulaney: From Scratch 2022 tour to Western New York on Saturday night. If his recent time hosting Saturday Night Live is any clue, he’ll probably have a hilarious set filled with jokes about his time in rehab, getting sober, his new relationship with actress Olivia Munn, and the birth of his baby boy, Malcolm.
With many Buffalonians only able to watch his Netflix comedy specials like “Kid Gorgeous,” “New In Town,” and “The Comeback Kid,” thousands of us are excited to be able to check him out in person and IRL and are planning to make a night of it. For many people, this could be their first time venturing out downtown since Covid restrictions have loosened up in New York state.
So what should you do if you want to hang out downtown before or after the John Mulaney show?
We’ve rounded up a list of famous Buffalo hot spots that are walking distance or a quick Uber away from Key Bank Center. Just remember to socially distance if possible, wear your mask if it makes you comfortable, and get ready to laugh your butt off with your friends.
