Stacey Dash has become a lighting rod of criticism for her recent statements about segregation, and, let's be real, for mostly any statements she's made in the past few years. One person, Waka Flocka Flame, isn't willing to write off the former star of most '80s babies' wet dreams just yet. If fact, he sees some logic in her reasoning.

Dash recently caused an uproar among the Black community when she appeared on Fox & Friends shortly after the Martin Luther King holiday and dropped these controversial statements. “We have to make up our minds. Either we want to have segregation or integration,” Dash said. “And if we don’t want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like B.E.T. and the BET Awards and the Image Awards where you’re only awarded if you’re black. If it were the other way around, we would be up in arms. It’s a double standard.”

Her initial opinion was sure to get a reaction out people, but it was her next statement, that would prove to be the last straw. “There shouldn’t be a Black History Month. You know? We’re Americans. Period. That’s it.”

People were pissed. But Waka Flocka sees a different angle. Recently making a video to comment on the issue, the Atlanta rapper reasons with Dash. "I can say Stacey Dash is wrong and she's right for how she said it," he said. "She couldn't break down fully what she was trying to explain. But honestly I always felt like that. Why the fuck do we have BET? BET is for Black people, MTV is for White people? Think about it. Why the fuck do we have Black history month only in February? How can the people that took our history give us our history for one month? Just think about it."

Bun B and Stacey Dash's own cousin Dame Dash have thought about it. And they aint trying to hear it.
