You've undoubtedly heard the stories regarding Toronto'sMayor, Rob Ford.  Well he was at it again a few days ago exhibiting a drunken rant in public at what appears to be a restaurant of some sort.

Rob Ford claims that what he does with and in his personal life should be of no concern to anyone, and the only thing that people should concentrate on is his performance regarding the job of Mayor.
