This Buffalo program helps the kids in a major way and needs your help
In downtown Buffalo there is a school called Enterprise Charter School and its the new home for the Junior Achievement of Western New York. The Junior Achievement is a non profit that teaches financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness. Getting these kids ready for real life. According to their website their mission is to inspire kids kindergarten through 12th grade to be prepared for their future.
The program is only ran by six people so things could get really tight and they really need volunteers, and they are suggestion you get your employer involved in.
If you would like to volunteer you can go through an orientation and get a kit to bring into the classroom. You can also provide monetary support for this very good program. Check out all the details here.
