Rex Ryan has always been an outspoken character. You never really knew what he was going to say next. This one was enough to force his co-analyst off the set.

I can't wait to see this one.  But since it's the second half of a Monday Night Football doubleheader I'll probably only get to see some of the first half.  According to reports the second game of ESPN's season opening NFL football doubleheader will feature former Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan with play-by-play announcer Beth Mowins.

It looks like his tryout with ESPN during the Super Bowl worked out well for Rex Ryan. After parting ways with the Bills it was rumored that Ryan would be looking for a seat on a broadcast team and with his appearance on NFL Countdown during the Super Bowl broadcast it only fueled the rumors even more...

It's official--Rex Ryan has been fired from the Buffalo Bills.

Buddy Ryan was a defensive genius in the 80's. As a matter of fact, he's credited with being the mastermind of the incredible '85 Bears defense. He coached for multiple teams over his career including the Philadelphia Eagles, Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, New York Jets, Minnesota Vikings and the Houston Oilers.  Today, he passed away at 82 years old.
