Former Falls Officer Arrested
According to News Reports, 28 Year-Old Stephanie Costanzo, a Former Niagara Falls Police Officer has been arrested with two other suspects in a local Drug Sting.
Also reported are new federal charges against Costanzo and two other defendants for reportedly manufacturing, distributing, and using cocaine and marijuana.
