Downtown Buffalo's Chippewa Street is about to look a lot different on weekend nights — no cars, physical barriers, and a curfew on parking starting this week.

Chippewa Street has seen barriers go up, extra patrols roll in, and now there's talk of keeping anyone under 21 off the strip after 10 pm on weekends.

For the time being, the man arrested and charged with setting the intentional fire and burning down the Pink is not going home, but he’s looking at a brief reprieve from jail.
