Suge Knight’s Lawsuit Against Kanye Tossed

AllHipHop News reports that former Death Row Records honcho Marion "Suge" Knight was defeated in court yesterday when a federal judge in Miami tossed his $1 million lawsuit against rap superstar Kanye West.  Knight claimed that West was responsible for a shooting in 2005 during a pre-VMA party at Miami's  Shore Club. According to Knight, he would have never been shot if the security had been tighter during the event. Other celebrities in attendance, The Game, Eddie Murphy, The Black Eyed Peas, and others. According to the Associated Press, a Miami federal judge ruled there was no evidence to prove that a shooting would occur during the party.
