Someone From Buffalo Will Be At The Royal Wedding

Prince Harry and his fiancé Megan Markle will officially become one this weekend at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.  Royal weddings are always a big deal, but this one is making headlines for more than one reason.  If you haven't heard, the Royal Palace will be blessed with some "Black Girl Magic" with the soon to her princess, Megan.

Buffalo will also be blessing the royal family during the wedding.  The Most Reverend Michael Bruce Curry was raised in WNY.  He is a graduate of the class of 1971 from Hutch Tech High School.  Reverend Curry was ordained her in Buffalo & will be joining 2 other ministers officiating the royal wedding. He received his Master of Divinity in 1978 from Yale University Divinity School in New Haven, CT. He also attended The College of Preachers, Princeton Theological Seminary, Wake Forest University, the Ecumenical Institute at St. Mary's Seminary, and the Institute of Christian Jewish Studies.

For those of us in the United States that would like to watch the wedding, BCC America will be simulcasting the ceremony beginning at 4AM.
