Shy Glizzy’s XXL Freshman Freestyle is Full of Braggadocios Bars

After watching Tink, Dej Loaf, and GoldLink shred the freestyles, DMV upstart, Shy Glizzy is up next to put on for his city.

The "John Wall" rapper showcases his exuberance and colorful personality during his freestyle. "My botch look like Kourtney K, she don't got no lipo / 200 in the stingray, I just switched to Geico," he raps. After an impressive slew of mixtapes in the forms of Law 3 and Young Jefe, the 22-year-old rhymer is gearing up for the release of his next endeavor, Glizzy Got Wings EP.

"It was important for me [to be a Freshman] because I've been grinding on my own and I've been grinding hard, and it's just nice to see my work get noticed and appreciated," he says. "It was amazing. I know I had a great year myself, so just to be rewarded for that is great."

Fans can expect Glizzy to drop his new EP this summer, but until then, vibe out to his XXL Freshman Freestyle.
