Former Bill Quinton Jefferson Is On His Way Back To Buffalo
If you were to take a ride by One Bills Drive, you would likely find a very happy and jubilant place, with a locker room full of satisfied players who are looking forward to winning games and bringing a championship to Buffalo. That feeling is generally felt all over Buffalo, and you can feel it daily in the people.
That feeling also impacts the folks working and playing for the Bills. If proof of it is needed, then look at all the Bills legends who decide to make Buffalo home after they hang up their cleats. You can also occasionally see when some players who left the team start looking to come back. This, of course, is a great example of just this week, as one former Bills has just returned to the team, and now another one is on his way back to the 716.

Just hours after it was confirmed that Jordan Phillips was coming back to Buffalo, news broke that Quinton Jefferson was also making his way back to Western New York.
Drafted in 2016 by the Seattle Seahawks, Jefferson bounced around the NFL, playing for the Seahawks and Rams before landing in Buffalo in 2020. After just one season with the Bills, Jefferson jumped to the Raiders, back to the Seahawks, then to the Jets, and finally Cleveland.
Jefferson has started more than 60 games over his career, and his return to Buffalo gives the team some added defensive depth.
Even though the team didn't make any trades as the tread deadline ended, these moves the team is making should help to bolster the defense as the Bills push into the second half of the season.
