Check Out This Nice Recipe: Chicken Parm Burgers
One of the great things about living in a city like Buffalo is that there is no shortage of great food options.
With the region having so many different cultural influences from all over the world, you can find all sorts of great restaurants all over town that serve some of the best food you could have. I can ask just about anyone who has lived in Buffalo what the number one thing they miss about the region is, and it's all but guaranteed that they will say the food.
However, this doesn't just apply to restaurants; it also applies to our own kitchens as well. Some of the best food I've had over the years came from a friend's house after they concocted some recipes that had a unique take and twists on some classic dishes.
This same thing applies to my house, as my sons and I are burger connoisseurs. If you are too and are looking for something a little different, then you should check out this recipe I made with my friend Mercedes Wilson, the host of Recipes for 7Life on 7 News WKBW the other day.
Mercedes is well known for being a great cook and a proponent of healthy living, and we had a ball making my chicken parm burgers. If you're interested in trying to make this, we've got the recipe listed below, along with the video of me making it on 7 News WKBW.
