ONTARIO, CATTARAUGUS, AND ALLEGANY COUNTIES.

* WHEN...FROM 11 AM TO 11 PM EDT MONDAY.

* IMPACTS...DAMAGING WINDS COULD BLOW DOWN TREES AND POWER

LINES. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE. TRAVEL COULD BE

DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
