Diesel Technicians (1st and 2nd shift)

They’re seeking techs of all skill levels. Ongoing company-paid training is available. Plus, they have opportunities to grow and advance your career. You’ll get a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (where applicable and subject to certain restrictions).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience and on-the-job training in a related mechanical field or graduate of vocational courses or equivalent experience and training. Experience in truck dealership preferred
  • A/C and Brake Certification
  • CAT Certification preferred
  • MX & Cummins Engines Certification preferred
  • CDL preferred
  • Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities

Service Foreman

The Service Foreman exercises direct supervision of Service Technicians and assists them when necessary in the diagnosis of mechanical difficulties (and recommending needed repairs). They also greet customers, sell service labor, write orders, and more to assist the Service Advisor.

This is a position for Saturday hours with a flexible weekday schedule (four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of years experience in related field (which should include a proven service background and knowledge of warranties).
  • Excellent, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • CDL preferred

Parts Delivery Driver

The Parts Delivery Driver works first shift Monday-Friday. This position is responsible for driving a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up or transport parts as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Parts related experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

This position is full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm) The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator performs a variety of critical tasks in the warehouse to keep the parts department organized. They also ensure that orders are tracked, shelves are stocked, parts are organized, and they will load and unload shipments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • One-year parts/warehouse related experience preferred;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds
