The big news this morning in Western New York was that Stefon Diggs has signed a 4-year extension with the Buffalo Bills that will keep him here in Buffalo until 2027.

Of course, everyone is reacting to the big news including the star quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, Josh Allen.

Allen had just a one-word response to the Diggs contract news. He simply Tweeted out "Yes"

Since Diggs' arrival in Buffalo in 2020, Allen and Diggs have become one of the best quarterback/wide receiver duos in the NFL. In the past two years, Diggs has racked up 230 catches for 2785 yards and 18 touchdowns with Allen under center.

The new Diggs deal will add four years to his current contract and will pay the star wideout an additional 104 million dollars and comes with a guarantee of $77 million dollars for Diggs over the life of the extension.

It has been a very eventful offseason for the Buffalo Bills as they added several key members to the team including current Super Bowl winner Von Miller along with Jamison Crowder and O.J. Howard.

The Bills are the current favorites to win the Super Bowl next season according to several different online gambling sites. Even national sportscaster Colin Cowherd has picked the Buffalo Bills to win the Super Bowl. He currently has the Bills as his number one team in the NFL.

So what does the Diggs extension mean for the NFL draft? it could mean that the Bills look at a different position instead of a wideout in the opening rounds of the draft.
