Joe Jackson Goes To Court Again
After the earlier suit filed in federal court was thrown out Papa Jackson is going to try it again... I understand family and fans would love to get to the root of the death of the "King of Pop" but the money that has been spent in the courts is crazy.
(CNN) -- An attorney for the father of the late pop star Michael Jackson filed a wrongful death suit Tuesday against Jackson's doctor and his medical clinics, as well as the pharmacy that sold the doctor the drug that killed Jackson.
