Javier Colon Brings it to ‘The Voice’

'The Voice' premiered last night on NBC with many talented singers auditioning for Adam Levine of Maroon Five, Cee Lo Green, Country Music star Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera.

One of the favorite performances last night was by Javier Colon who played an acoustic rendition of Cindy Lauper's 'Time After Time'.

Each celebrity coach builds a team of 8 artists. Once the teams are set, the battle is on. Coaches will dedicate themselves to developing their singers, giving them advice, and sharing the secrets of their success. During the battle rounds the coaches will pit two of their own team members against each other to sing the same song together in front of a studio audience. After the vocal face-off, the coach must choose which singers will advance. (nbc.com/the-voice)
