Ja Rule to Re-Release His Entire Music Catalog With New Music Videos
Ja Rule will be re-releasing his catalog of hits with brand new visuals.
In a series of tweets he shared on Monday morning (Sept. 16), Ja revealed his plans to roll out all of his previous albums as visual albums. He will also have a brand new album by year's end.
"I will be rereleasing ALL of my albums as visual albums," Ja wrote in the first part of his tweet. "I will be making a video for every song I’ve ever made... what songs do y’all wanna see videos for???"
After Ja shared another tweet telling his followers that his new album 12.Twelve.XII drops on Dec. 12, a fan noted that the video to Ja and Ashanti's 2002 single "Mesmerize" was so great that it shouldn't be remade. To that, Ja replied and informed everyone that he will not be re-shooting videos to songs that already have a visual.
"Wait till I shoot if God were one of us... and I’m not shooting the songs that have vids already..." he said.
In other recent Ja Rule news, the Murder Inc. rapper continued his long-standing feud with 50 Cent earlier this month, calling him a rat and a punk. The jab stemmed from watching an interview on Power 105's The Breakfast Club where Fif said he doesn't want 6ix9ine to call him if and when he gets released from prison.
"Pot calling the kettle black," Ja had commented with a rat emoji. "I love making you nut guzzlers BIG MAD... your hero 50 a hoe I would @ him but I'm blocked... punk mothafucka can dish it can't take it. @cthagod come get ya mans!!!"
50 did not respond that particular time, but he's had words for Ja as recently as July. Suffice to say, the pair's beef is not going anywhere anytime soon.
