Wylder Windham, an upscale mountain resort has been named the Best Hotel in New York and one of the finest hotels in the world for 2023 by Travel + Leisure magazine.

Readers of the renowned travel publication rated the hotel based on several factors such as the rooms and facilities, location, service, food, and value.

Wylder Windham scored an impressive 97.33 out of 100, surpassing all other hotels in New York State. The next highest-ranking hotel was the Mirror Lake Inn and Spa in Lake Placid.

Other top-rated hotels on the list included Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa in Aurora, Lake Placid Lodge in the Adirondacks and Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz.

Wylder Windham's 20-acre property features several outdoor amenities for its guests, including bikes to borrow, fly fishing, a heated pool, pickleball courts, wood-fired saunas, and a vintage shuttle to the nearby Windham Mountain ski slopes.
