Open Letter To Sabre Fans: You BETTER Be At Playoff Games

The Buffalo Sabres are almost 100% gaureanteed to make the NHL playoffs for the first time since the 2010-11 season this year, and there is one reason KeyBank Center better be packed with fans.....Cheap Ticket Prices!

Buffalo Sabres Offering Cheap Playoff Tickets

For the first time in 14 seasons, the Buffalo Sabres sent out an email to their season ticket holders about playoff games at the KeyBank Center. Many of these ticket holders posted the ticket amounts on social media, and I was SHOCKED how cheap some of the tickets were for the playoffs.

One season ticket holder shared that his tickets for the opening round for just $33 per seat. He didn't say where he sits, but I assume closer to the upper levels.

With that being said, there is no reason that KeyBank Center should not be a sell-out every game in the Playoffs.

I am also asking that season ticket holders not gouge other fans on the secondary market by asking for hundreds of dollars for their tickets. I get that you want to make some money, but maybe just go as high as double face value? That way, you still get paid, and someone could see a playoff game for as little as $64 per ticket.

I can't believe I am writing about Buffalo and NHL playoffs tickets in late March, but here we are. Let's Go, Sabres!
