The Bills are currently set to draft 28th overall in the 1st round, so the real question besides who they will pick is when will they pick?
The NFL Draft is set for three days, with round 1 being held on Thursday, rounds 2 and 3 on Friday, and rounds 4 through 7 on Saturday.

The 1st round is set to start at 8 pm Eastern Time tonight and according to the NFL bylaws, each team will have 10 minutes to make or trade their pick.
They need to have the information about their pick in the league office by the end of the 10 minutes or they could get skipped by the next team.
Given the guidelines and rules, and if the Bills don't trade up or down during the 1st round the NFL should be announcing the Buffalo Bills around 11:30 pm.

That is when the Cinnanatti Bengals, who owned the 28th pick last season, made their pick of Miles Murphy.
Of course, all that could change depending on if the Buffalo Bills make any moves. There have been rumors that the Bills could trade up in the 1st round for a wide receiver or another player and of course that means they would pick earlier in the night.
Some rumors have the Bills trading out of the 1st round altogether and if that is the case, we would have to wait until Friday to see who the Bills select.
