VIDEO: The First Snow Arrives In Buffalo, New York

The first snow of the year has arrived in Western New York!

The fact that Halloween is being met with snow is one of the most Buffalo things to happen and although many of us are used to it, it still stinks.

But for those who love snow, the big day is here. Sure, we will have the days that are warm and sunny. However, from now until May we can see snow at just about anytime.

The City of Buffalo released it's snow emergency and storm plan this week. This comes after criticism of the way things were handled last year when we got hit with the blizzard on Christmas.
