Popular East Aurora Bakery Opening New Location In Hamburg, NY
Anyone who has ever eaten anything from Blue Eyed Baker in East Aurora knows how incredible their food is. Soon, people will be able to enjoy their food in Hamburg, New York, also as they're about to expand into a second location.
Blue Eyed Baker isn't just a bakery
The first time we had plans to go to Blue Eyed Baker, I made the mistake of thinking they're just a bakery. We stopped by for dinner at their location in East Aurora, across from the ice rink, with some friends. I couldn't help but wonder what bakery items could possibly be enough to fill us up for dinner. But they're more than just that. While their baked goods are absolutely incredible, their location in East Aurora also has a second floor with a rooftop patio, a 30-foot bar, and a full menu.
Now, they're opening a second location in Hamburg
If you've tried them out in East Aurora, get ready for even more of them. They're expanding into a second location in Hamburg soon.
According to WGRZ, they're planning to have their second location open by Thanksgiving in the former Lasso's location on Buffalo Street in Hamburg.
They'll be open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch and will have dinner service on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The new location will have some unique features
Not only will they be open 7 days a week and feature breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but they'll also have some unique features. They will not only have a cocktail bar, but also an espresso bar for those who would prefer a different kind of beverage with their meal.
Also, it will be a big 3,000 square foot space with plenty of room for everyone.
That section of Buffalo Street in Hamburg has really grown over the last couple of years. First it was the renovation of the restaurant that is now Carte Blanche. Now they've added Black Smoke Bourbon Bar, Sandbaggers golf simulator bar, and just up the street is Aggies for burgers and more.
