The partnership between Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and Ashanti was one of the most powerful forces in hip-hop at the start of this century and the story remains a complicated one. Things haven't been the same in years but Gotti's label is still running strong to this day. Obviously, the glory days are well behind Murder Inc but there's a lot to unpack when considering the label's history. That's why Irv is putting together a brand new television series to dive right into everything that made them one of the hottest things in music and what lead to their demise.
