I'm not sure why, but up until a few minutes ago, I thought that Frank's RedHot was made in Buffalo. Maybe because we like to 'own' things as Buffalonians. Everyone in Buffalo has Frank's in their fridge right now. No exceptions. But, it is actually made in Springfield, Missouri.

Now, you're going to have to check out the seasoning cabinet.

If you have any of these at your house you are going to want to throw them right out or bring them back! There is a recall for a few different types and brands of seasonings due to potential salmonella contamination.

The Food and Drug Administration actually caught the risk during their routine checks and procedures. The FDA said that the recalled products were shipped nationally and internationally between June 20, 2021, through July 21, 2021.

It is important to note that so far, there have been no reports of illnesses associated with salmonella from any of these products.

Now, keep in mind these are very specific products. If you want a refund, the companies are instructed to call the customer service number of the manufacturer.
