Fantasia’s Married Lover Wins Court Ruling

Fantasia and Her Married lover have won a a court ruling in  North Carolina in which the court ruled that Antwaun Cook was legally separated from his wife during the time he and fantasia were carrying on a relationship.

Fantasia was accused by Cook's Ex-wife of knowing pursuing her husband during the time they were married.

The court ruled that the actual date of separation was September 14th, of 2009.

In a bombshell courtroom revelation, fantasia admitted on the Witness stand that she had aborted a child fathered by Cook.

Paula Cook still has a lawsuit filed against Fantasia under the North Carolina Alienation Affection Law allowing abandoned spouses to file suit against parties responsible for marriage failures.
