ESSENCE MAGAZINE IS 100% BLACK-OWNED ONCE AGAIN!

Essence Magazine has been restored to 100 percent black ownership. According to reports Time Inc. sold Essence communications group to a new, black- owned business group ran by Richelieu Dennis who also is the founder of Shea Moisture parent company Sundial Brands.
