According to the Buffalo News, there have been 2 times within the past 12 years that the issue of Bars Closing @ 4AM in Erie County has been challenged. Well, here we go again as the County Clerk, Christopher L. Jacobs has stepped forward to re-visit this controversial topic as he is ion favor of "rolling back" Bar Closing time in Erie County to 2AM.

According to NEW News Reports: Erie County Legislator Ted Morton (R-Cheektowaga), Amherst Deputy Supervisor and Candidate for the Erie County Legislature's 5th District Guy Marlette (R-Amherst) and County Clerk Chris Jacobs have proposed legislation asking the State Liquor Authority for a 2 a.m. bar closings in Erie County.
