Cardi B has had a week full of ups and downs.Earlier this week she announced via Instagram that she and Migos rapper, Offset are no longer an item. This is what she had in a video she uploaded to IG regarding the split;

"So everybody been bugging me and everything and you know I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby’s father for a hot minute now. We are really good friends and we are really good business partners — you know he’s always somebody that I run to talk to, and we got a lot of love for each other — but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time. It’s nobody fault I guess we just grew out of love, but we are not together anymore. It might take time to get a divorce and I’m going to always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father,”

That was a lot for fans to take it! Immediately folks started speculating why they split and almost instantly an IG model by the name of Summer Bunni surfaced with an apology to Cardi B for not respecting her marriage and even dropped a song! Wheeeew chile! This is MESSY. To add to the mess, Cardi and offset were being accused of a publicity stunt but she soon laid those rumors to rest with another video assuring the people that this was NOT  a publicity stunt. The two welcomed their baby girl Kulture into the world this year so I'm hoping they can work things out and not divorce but it's not looking good!

In better news, Cardi B also learned that she has been nominated for 5 Grammy Awards! So I don't think she's really too too sad right now lol congrats.

Kevin Hart finally got the opportunity he's been waiting for, to be the host of the Oscars. But as soon as he was offered the opportunity, it was snatched away. When confronted with Tweets from 2009 & 2011 that were viewed as being offensive to the LGBT community, he was asked to apologize or step down as their host and he chose the latter. In regards to his decision, Hart stated, "The reason why I passed is because I've addressed this several times," Hart continued, "I'm not going to continue to go back and tap into the days of old when I've moved on and I'm in a completely different space in my life." At the end of the day the buck has to stop somewhere, and to be honest if it's already been addressed it should be a dead issue right?
