Buffalo Love’s Waiting In These Spring Time Lines
With the arrival of Springtime and warmer weather in Buffalo, there are quite a few things that Buffalonians have been waiting for months to do.
I don't know about you, but now that we're pretty much done with the winter cold weather and snow, there are quite a few places that I cannot wait to go check out.
I have already prepared my mind for the long lines I'm going to have to wait in, but trust me that it will be worth it in the end. Be it Delta Sonic, Dairy Queen, or Ted's, Buffalo has some amazing spots to visit that have some notoriously long lines.
When this North Buffalo staple opens for the season, you can be sure that spring has finally arrived. While waiting on Colvin Ave. as traffic speeds by isn't the most fun activity, trust me it will be well worth the wait when you get your hand on that frosty treat.
Delta Sonic
There is nothing like getting that first car wash after the snow has finally left for the season. It's a sure sign that spring is here, just make sure you stop in the gas line first because the car way line routinely backs out into the street. However, your sparkling clean car will thank you for waiting.
Kong King
Western New York loves its ice cream, and judging by the line of traffic on Center Road, Kone King is absolutely one of those places to wait for in Buffalo.
Ted's Hot Dogs
Maybe it's just me, but I don't need to wait until spring to wait for a polish sausage with bacon and cheese from Ted's Hot Dogs. However, when spring rolls around, I hope you're working on your patience because it seems like all of Western New York has that same idea.
Dairy Queen
I was driving to get gas the other day and every single Dairy Queen I passed had a line of people standing down the steet, with a group of cars waiting to get into the parking lot. It's safe to say spring has arrived in Buffalo.
What are some springtime lines you can't wait to stand in?
