Buffalo Ranks #1 in NYS Property Vacancies

For the 2nd time in a row, the City of Buffalo tops the state list of 'Most Vacant Cities'.

Using data from the 2010 US Census, Buffalo's Vacancy rate come out to be 15.7%.

That's higher than all the other large cities in New York (including Rochester, NYC, & Syracuse).

In second place was Niagara Falls with a vacancy rate of 13.8%.
