The Buffalo Bills' last four weeks have been pretty eventful, filled with both good and bad events. One good event is that the Bills are now due to see the return of their star Edge Rusher, Von Miller, who is being reinstated by the NFL after serving a four-game suspension.

The last month has been a mixed bag for the team. Even though they've gone 3-1 while Miller was away serving his suspension, the team had its share of struggles on the defensive side of the ball. With Miller's return, the team is likely preparing to turn up the defensive energy when it hosts the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, November 3, 2024.

Miller was suspended by the NFL on October 1, 2024, at the end of week 4 for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

The violation and suspension stem from the domestic encounter that happened in November 2023 in Dallas, Texas, that resulted in Miller turning himself in to police after a warrant was taken out against him by his then-pregnant girlfriend. Miller and the woman had two children together, and she was pregnant with the third.

Over the past year, Miller has consistently maintained his innocence. Texas law enforcement authorities agree, as they never filed any charges and have closed the legal and criminal case against him. This past summer, during training camp, Miller spoke with the media about this situation. He said he considered the case to be settled and that it was ultimately a huge misunderstanding.

Officials from the NFL said they conducted their investigation, which was independent of the one done by authorities in Dallas, and found that Miller deserved the suspension per the league's personal conduct policy.

As the Bills prepare to host Tua Tagovailoa and their AFC rivals, the Miami Dolphins, in Orchard Park, the team is sure happy to have Miller back.
