It's that time of year again! The time for holiday cheer,holiday parties and holiday food!!  I'm positive I'm not the only person who loves this time of year a little too much, if you know what I mean.  This year I'm pledging to not gain a single pound during this time of indulgence.  Instead, I plan to actually lose a couple pounds before the new year and use my 2013 resolution for something other than the promise of weight loss!  All it takes is a little dedication, determination, and self control.  It's a lot less challenging if you do it along side someone and if you don't have anyone, remember you've got me and i'll try my hardest to keep you motivated during this deliciously sweet holiday season!  Check out these 6 holiday bulge fighting tips that can help you maintain, not gain this year!
