Welp, we won't be getting any new music from Bobby Shmurda anytime soon! His attorney, Alex Spiro, went to court yesterday to try to get him set free until his trial in February, but he had no luck according to Black Media Scoop! The prosecutor and judge agreed that he would allegedly be a flight risk, so they are keeping him where he is until then! He's got a long road ahead of him, if he gets convicted, he faces up to 25 years for conspiracy, reckless endangerment, and gun possession!! Damn!

Here's my take: Rappers who live real street life before rapping MUST let it go before they get famouse! Once they get famous, folks are always looking for a reason to bring them down. Bobby had potential in the rap game, but his history with the GS9 gang brought him down!
