This is motivation for me to get into the gym. This guy is 60 years old and is in better shape than most people half his age. This guy does 700 push ups plus ten sets of pull ups and dips 5 days a week. He hails from the lower east side of Manhatten, NY. From the looks of the video he is involved in some kind of work o ut program they are trying to sell. If it can keep you in that kind of shape at 60 years old it might be worth looking at.
