Family members of two cousins that were killed by a drunken, one way driver, on the Kensington expressway were very angry and upset when an Erie County Judge announced the sentencing for Matthew Ruckdaschel on Monday.

The family of Orlando “Eric” Anderson and Thomas Johnson wanted the maximum sentence for Ruckdaschel who was driving 3 times the legal limit for alcohol with marijuana in his system.
