21 Year-Old Commits Suicide While In Handcuffs…Or Did He?

Is it actually possible to commit suicide by shooting yourself in the head with a handgun while handcuffed (behind your back) sitting in the back of a police car?  Apparently, according to Jonesboro, AR Police, 21 year-old Chavis Carter was able to pull this off...somewhat of a HARRY HOUDINI type feat if you ask me.
