Buffalo Police are investigating the shooting death of a 17-year-old.

A 17-year-old male didn't get to spend Christmas with his family after being shot to death. The incident happened early on Thursday, December 24, according to WKBW. The deceased and another teen, an 18-year-old male, were both shot inside a vehicle. The shooting occurred on Liddell Street right before 4:50 am.

The 17-year-old died at the scene. The 18-year-old was taken to Erie County Medical Center and was listed in stable condition. The names of the victims haven't been released by the Buffalo Police Department. It hurts my hear that this young man was so violently taken away from his loved ones, right before Christmas. No family should have to suffer a loss like that, especially during the holidays. Now Christmas will never be the same for them.
