A WNY school bus driver is facing 32 charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated! Do you think school bus drivers need to go through stricter screenings?

Diane Nelson, a WNY Anna Merritt School bus driver, was in court today in front of a judge in Town of Lockport, according to WGRZ. Nelson is facing 32 counts of child endangerment, felony Leandra's Law DWI and driving while ability impaired by drugs for allegedly driving while intoxicated during a field trip! Teachers suspected she was intoxicated and called Niagara County Sheriff's deputies, who responded to the Allie Brandt Bowling Lanes, where the students had gone. She was arrested and failed a breathalyzer!
